Mya can care for
Availability
I'm currently a full-time college student with a full-time course load (4 - 6 hours 4 days a week) and a full-time pet sitter. I'm around most of the day spending time with the pets I'm caring for playing, petting, and generally showering them with love. If I have family plans I do my best to return to the home 2 - 4 times depending on how long your pet can be left alone.

I take time to meet with you and learn everything there is to know about your pet(s) care which is written down and stored for future use and updated before every sit. I regularly take and send pictures of your pet(s) often with 'short' messages about how your pet(s) are doing (sent every other day). I value a closely cultivate client base where you and your pet(s) know and trust me to keep everyone safe and happy.
Information Mya T. would like to know about your pet
Important things to know for me are often things like is your pet Kennel trained? What commands do they know? Are they allowed on furniture? Do they escape their Kennel or yard? Does your pet have allergies and to what? If there are multiple pets, are there pets that don't get along?
A typical day
I make an effort to take time and learn about your pets current comfort with me when I enter your home before anything else. I then give your pet the time and space to approach me on their own time to reduce any anxiety. Once your pet has established that they are comfortable with me I then take time to learn things like which treat is their favorite, what's the best spot of pets/scratches, etc... For dogs, after the initial sit recurring sits are more comfortable with active play and if the owner allows I like to pack a doggie water bottle and take high energy dogs for hikes. Senior dogs are often less 'bouncy' so I usually just spend extra time loving on them and looking for potential signs of discomfort and pain

Reviews

Mya was amazing with my pup!’ He is reactive and anxious, and she was so incredibly patient and understanding with him. She sent regular updates throughout my trip, and I honestly felt so much relief knowing he was safe and well cared for. I'm already planning to book her for my next two trips! She also took great care of my home, and I truly can't say enough great things about her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter.

Mya is extremely responsible and took great care of our sweet and shy senior dog, and our home. Her communication was always prompt and she takes her job very seriously...would highly recommend her!

Mya took care of Cooper, our energetic Golden retriever, and our house for about 17 days while we were out of the country. I was afraid I would not be able to enjoy myself worrying about Cooper. Mya gave us the peace of mind we needed to not worry. It seems that Cooper really likes Mya, and I believe he misses her. She will be the first one we call for our next trip.

Mya did a great job caring for our 1-year-old puppy. He can be prone to separation anxiety, but Mya ensured that he received regular exercise and cuddles. We’ve already booked her for our next trip!
