I’ve recently finished school and am now looking for new opportunities. This gives me plenty of time to care for your pets! I’m available for drop-ins and walks throughout the week, including late mornings, afternoons, and evenings. My flexible schedule means I can easily fit into your pet’s daily routine, providing walks and drop-in care whenever they need a little extra attention or company!

I have years of hands-on experience with dogs of all temperaments, from shy rescues to playful pups. I can provide a safe, loving environment during visits or walks, and I’m comfortable managing special diets, administering medication, or crating your dog if needed. I like to know as much as possible about your pet(s) before our visit, please share their daily routine, favorite games, and any quirks, along with what they do or don’t like such as certain toys, people, or touch spots. It’s also helpful to know about any allergies, medications, or sensitivities. If your dog has any reactivity (to other dogs, people, bikes, scooters, or loud noises), please let me know how they typically respond and what helps them stay calm. I’d also love to know about their leash manners whether they pull, lunge, or get overly excited on walks and how best to manage that to keep them safe and comfortable. Lastly, please let me know if there are any areas, parks, or routes you’d prefer I avoid or stick to during walks. The more I know, the better I can tailor care to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while I am with them!
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about making your pet feel loved, safe, and happy. Each visit will be tailored to your pet’s routine and personality whether that means a nice walk to let them sniff and explore, a game of fetch or tug-of-war, or some calm cuddle time. I always make sure they get their potty breaks in and keep treats on hand (with your permission, of course!). Whether they love running around or just want company and belly rubs, I’ll match their energy and make sure they feel cared for and content until you’re back home.

I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities for a little over 10 years. Since I was a young girl, I’ve worked alongside a dog rescue, gaining experience with everything from shy, nervous pups to high-energy dogs. Over the last three years, I’ve worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility, supervising group play, supporting mild special needs (anxiety, seniors, oral meds), and ensuring each dog’s safety and happiness. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and love their pets as if they were my own. With two rescue dogs at home, I understand the importance of patience, attentiveness, and making every pet feel safe, loved, and cared for whether they’re a playful puppy or a sweet senior! While my main focus is on dogs, I’ve also cared for friendly, socialized cats in the past and am comfortable providing care for them under the right circumstances.

Mya was truly a blessing and the perfect kitty sitter! She was extremely attentive and loving to my two little spoiled cats. She was always on time and spent a lot of quality time with them. They were instantly in love with and felt super comfortable with her. I was away for work at my new job and wanted to fully committed without worrying. She sent many cute pictures and just went above and beyond. Hire her! But not when I need her 😅 (jk) you won’t regret it. ♥️
Mya is such an amazing and wonderful person with my dog. She goes beyond the call of duty to care and love our dog Romeo.
Mya has been walking my dog Pugsy for the past. Year or two and honestly he loves her she is gentle with him because he’s older and can’t walk to well so she takes her time and lets him get a nice stroll around town. Being I work long hours it’s nice to have someone I can trust to come in and take him out for fresh air. She’s a very sweet girl
