I've been housesitting/petsitting since I was 18. I am caring, resourceful, and always learning. When I'm house-sitting, your peace of mind is my peace of mind. My goals are: - Create a good connection with the pet(s) - Be a well-rounded caretaker (watch for signs of stress, implement a disciplined reward system, positive affection etc.) - Keep open communication I love taking pictures of animals, so you can expect updates and fun photos from home while you're away!

I am adaptable and respectful in other people's space. I have numerous (5+) return clients whose houses I've stayed at. I have found clients through 'word-of-mouth' now I am trying Rover. I'm always thankful when I get to stay at someone's home to keep their fur family in good company.

Mya was a great sitter for Lyza! We are very thankful for all her care and love she provided to Lyza while we were away for three weeks. Mya was diligent in walking Lyza twice a day as well as playing fetch with her regularly. She sent us photos and updates regularly letting us know how things were going. I think Lyza is in better shape since Mya spent so much time with her, she kept her very active! Mya also took great care of our home while away, watering our plants and kept everything tidy. We couldn't have asked for better care and are very thankful for all Mya's efforts. I would highly recommend Mya for care in or outside your home.
Mya was fantastic with our dog Lyza! It's always so nice to come home to a calm dog and that is exactly what she was - it just reinforces that Lyza had attention and love poured on her while we are away. Lyza is an older dog and has high anxiety when we leave, it was very reassuring that she was well cared for and played with. We really appreciated the pictures and updates as well. Thank you so much for the care you provided! We highly recommend Mya and look forward to seeing her again soon.
Mya was very sweet, and attentive to my pets! She sent me photos of her walks with my dog, and checked in with me! She left my home exactly as I had left it!
Mya was so helpful and a great communicator. She was always professional and gave Kitty the love, care and attention that she needed. I was happy to get updates and pics of her every day and it brought much peace of mind when I was traveling on vacation. I am so grateful to have found Mya for future needed visits as well. She is responsible, sweet and had good questions to ask about how to care for Kitty and be accommodating to my needs as well. Five stars all the way! Thanks again for all your hard work!

Schedule
Work: A part-time job in Stillwater, MN. I usually work one shift per week ranging from 4 to 8 hrs. I babysit three days a week (approx. 4-7pm Tues & Fri, 10am-1:30 Sat) in Woodbury, MN. School: I am enrolled in college. This spring semester I am taking seven credits. (One in-person class. 9:15-11:35 M & W) Volunteer: I am a reading partner for a student in St. Paul. My assigned session is every Thursday at 3 pm - 4 pm until the end of the school year. In my free time I am active with activities such as swimming, kayaking, rollerblading, hiking, biking, dogwalking :) and I enjoy nature. I spend most nights in. I like to stay home reading, studying, or working on a project.
