I’m very good with caring for dogs when there sick or not feeling well.I feel like I’m different from other sitters cause I care for dogs and cats as if they are kids not animals. And some people may call me crazy but I feel like a dog makes a happy home.I have had the chance to experienced with all breeds and sizes. Also I I’m good with understanding animals behavior and body languages.I have been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old and I have loved it ever since and would not think twice about giving it up to go do anything else. Mya replied quickly when I requested a sitter. I needed a sitter for my 4 year old shy American short hair. Mya’s friendly demeanor made me feel that my furbaby would be comfortable and safe. Drop off was delayed because Mya took awhile to open the door and did not reply to my messages letting her know that we would be on our way. This could pose a problem if you are on a tight schedule. Although I laid out all my cats information and care information on the app , I’m not sure Mya read it if it was made readily available to her through the app. After dropping her off in needed to get in contact with Mya and did not receive a call or text back for several hours. When I contacted customer service they were also unable to reply to her and left me with “I hope you can contact her soon.” This seems very unprofessional on Rover’s part. All in all. Mya was good about sending pictures and flexible about pick up. I would request her again as long as she could guarantee better communication.
I think she did a good job. This was our first time trusting anyone to take care of my babies. They seemed happy and she kept me posted with pictures. We will definitely be using her again! Thank you for making them comfortable.
Mya is well organized when it come to caring dogs she always know how to handle them . Animals and pet parents just love her and the happy outgoing vibe she gives off
