Hi! My name is Murwat, and I’m a student at the University of Minnesota with years of experience caring for and working with dogs of all personalities and backgrounds. For several years, I volunteered at an animal shelter where I spent time walking, running with, and socializing dogs who came from many different situations. Some were energetic puppies, some were shy or anxious, and others had experienced difficult environments before arriving at the shelter. This taught me how important patience, consistency, and understanding each dog as an individual truly are. During my time volunteering, other volunteers often noticed my ability to connect with dogs who needed extra patience. I especially enjoyed earning the trust of dogs who were nervous, overwhelmed, or full of energy. I learned how to give them space, recognize their comfort levels, and build a relationship at their pace. I’m also a longtime runner and love being active, so I’m happy to provide anything from relaxed walks to longer, energetic outings depending on your dog’s needs. Whether your dog loves adventure, needs a little encouragement, or just wants companionship, my goal is to make them feel safe, cared for, and understood while you’re away.
