DO NOT BOOK HER!! ALSO READ THE REVIEW BELOW! I booked her for a housesitting job as I was going to be out of town and after speaking to her over the phone on THE DAY OF, 5 hours before she was supposed to be at my home, she completely ghosted and did not respond to any of my messages or calls!! Rover support also attempted to contact her and she did not respond to them either! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME as this has caused a lot of anxiety since I have 3 dogs and one of them is a SENIOR DOG!! He can’t be left alone for more than 4 hours!! I hope Rover does do something about this, because it’s clear now that her “positive” reviews were FAKE! She is causing pain and damage to everyone who books her. ROVER PLEASE DELETE AND BLOCK HER PROFILE FROM EVER BEING USED!

** NIGHTMARE FROM HELL ** DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON!! MUNERA NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM ROVER IMMEDIATELY!! I booked her to walk my good boy Benji and she accepted, but no hello, no reply, nothing. I then sent any info she may need on how to put on his leash, how much to feed him, etc. Still no reply. Then I’m packing and leaving for my trip out of town and I see there’s still been no reply, so I give her a call. Didn’t pick up the phone but she messages me “Yes all will be okay looking forward to it.” I’m trusting of Rover in general and have had great experiences so far so I figured all would be fine anyways and left on my trip. Next day I notice no one has came to walk Benji, it’s been 4 hours after the agreed upon time! I message Munera multiple times, no reply. Call Munera multiple times, doesn’t pick up. I am now in panic mode for Benji. Rover Support tried messaging 30+ other rover walkers for availability. No one was available on short notice. Thank God I was able to find a friend of a friend to come and walk and feed him 7 HOURS LATER from Munera ghosting, meaning Benji was without food or water or using the bathroom for 20+ HOURS. It is now 3 days later and Rover has still not been able to get in contact with this walker. MUNERA NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM ROVER AS A “TRUSTED” WALKER. I am livid, and disgusted with this person and want them removed asap so no one ever has to go through this again.

Munera did great with Rocky, taking him for long walks and playing with him while I was gone. He seemed to really enjoy his time with her, no complaints! Thanks Munera!!

Otis seemed like he had lots of fun!

Munera was a lovely pet sitter. She came to my house Monday thru Friday. Feed my dogs, bathed them, and took them on walks. She was an amazing pet sitter and highly recommend.

This was a great experience for my dog Aden and myself, Munera was very caring and responsible with my pet.She even brought him treats.I would hire her !!! Debbie S
