Safety, trust & environment

I take pride in my work and put the animals safety above all else, so I would do a pre screening of questions before booking then a follow up greet in person before the booked date. This is for health and safety purposes, to set all parties mind at ease with client-sitter protection policies.

Information Mujde E. would like to know about your pet

Screening Questions - Sitting hours same as Contact hours 8am-10pm. - Are you within London or near Enfield borough? (Do not worry I also sit/walk in London) - How many hours pet sitting? Is it walk, drop in, stay over, or other? (House sitting does not cover walks or grooming, these have additional charge tbd before booking) - Details of pet age, breed, behaviour, triggers, treats. (Optional information: if they are friendly with other dogs/cats or indoor or outdoor. Anxiety triggers any sensory or object fears.) - Eating regime and diet, snacks. - House instructions ie, spare key, space, security etc - Does your price and personal requirements line up with mine? I recommend a greet and meet for initial customers prior to booking. However, If you have answered all screening questions above, and do not have time to meet in person, that’s is perfectly acceptable. Please state and communicate clearly and in time. - Are you available for a meet and greet in nearby cafe or park at least 2 hours before booking. Preferably morning. If so we can confirm booking then. This is useful when meeting new clients. I feel it helps both sitter and owner get a sense of each other's character as well as the pet if the owner wishes. Also answers and clarifies any questions before clicking the booked button. Sets both parties at ease. Keys or drop and collect information happens at this stage.

A typical day

Playing with fetch type toys, chew toy, and tug toy. Petting and listening to calm music. These are few examples, suggestions are welcomed. One hour walk in the local park in the morning and one in evening. 2-4 hourly toilet breaks.

What can i say? Mujde is amazing! I am always nervous leaving our big 30kg dog with new sitters, however I didn’t need to worry with Mujde. Our girl took to her instantly and now they’re best of friends. On the day of the sit we received regular updates and photos of how it was going and our girl had the best day ever. We will absolutely be booking Mujde again in the future for sure. Thank you so much. :-)
