Matomi dog sat our dogs, Koda and Luna for 3 days. It has been awhile since we needed this service. Koda and Luna was well cared for, while we were away, Matomi also kept us updated and also sent us photos of Koda and Luna. The pictures she sent were so comforting for us to see because Koda and Luna look so comfortable and relaxed. We didn't feel any worries and felt so comfortable with Motomi caring for them and house sitting. We will always use Motomi when we need her services again. Thank you Motomi. Motomi provided exceptional care for my 12-year-old fur baby, Sammie, during my recent trip. Given Sammie’s age and need for daily medication, I appreciated Motomi’s attentiveness and the tender love she showed. She regularly sent photo and video updates upon request and was proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. Initially hesitant to welcome a stranger into my home, I was relieved when Motomi followed my instructions and even tidied up before leaving. I will definitely reach out to her again for future pet-sitting needs.
Motomi is the best dog sitter! She’s watched Macy, our mini doodle several times. Macy can be a little skittish with new people and situations, but she loves when Motomi comes over. We could totally relax while on vacation knowing that Macy was being well taken care of.
I was hesitant to be away from my pet for the first time first but Motomi did a great job at keeping us updated and sharing photos/videos while we were away. We have used her service multiple times now and our pet is always excited to see her. Highly recommend!
