Availability
I have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. For cat visits I make sure to take care of their basic needs, cat litter checks, any medicine needed will be given, and time to play with them and have company. I can care for all kinds of cats, except big cats from the zoo. Canine visit prices may increase if there is multiple dogs and their needs. If there is any personality traits that may be challenging will be taken into account. I prefer housesitting with dogs to meet their hourly needs with occasional errands. I help eith walking, potty breaks, meals, and play time will be in each visit. I am also willing to do a one time visit each day that would include a long visit and if needed, some house help for a combined price of several visits in one. I am flexible, and detail oriented and want to do my best to make your pet babies healthy and happy while you are out.

I cannot have any pets in my home due to my own pets and we do not have an extra place to keep them separated. I prefer clients that discuss their pets needs, home environment, and neighborhood regular events. I would need to know what regular safe keeping the house safe especially when using keys and codes. I must be informed about any pet behavior that may be challenging. I am happy to send daily texts and reports. Visit prices will increase if there are any issues. Thank you

It also helps to know their behavior and reactions during those daily routine events. Special needs dogs must have vet records and detailed needs to ensure continued and careful care with the help of professionals when needed. I may be reluctant towards aggressive chihuahuas but every pet is different.
A typical day
Every pet is different and even though I am not a dog owner, I am still a dog lover. They often need a lot of space to run and be playful. I love giving them bear hugs and I often want to involve some exercise play activities including fetch and tug of war. I am mainly a relaxed person and want to make sure dogs feel like they have good company when their owners are away.

I've been a cat owner since I was small and have cared for and raised 7 cats and have experience caring for three seniors till they went to the rainbow Bridge; 17, 19, and 15. I've experienced giving medicine, extra care, and understanding senior needs. I have a 6 year old spitfire named Boris, and a 3 year old sweet potato named Lexy. I favor cat sitting and understand their needs better. I am familiar with dogs and love their personalities and energies. I am familiar with their needs and have learned a lot through a friend who has trained and raised dogs and her advice helps me out a lot. I have been a caretaker for pets and people in various ways and even cared for an exotic bred cat.

Moriah did an amazing job caring for our seven cats over the Fourth of July weekend! She stayed at our home for three nights and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She sent multiple updates every day with lots of pictures and videos, which made it so much easier to relax knowing everyone was doing well. It was clear she genuinely cared about our cats and took the time to get to know each of their personalities. We especially appreciated that she made an effort to earn the trust of our more skittish cats instead of ignoring them. Quincey absolutely adored her, and it was so sweet to see the bond they formed. When we came home, our cats were happy and clearly very well cared for, almost as if we had never left. We would absolutely book Moriah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and compassionate pet sitter!
