I love your pets like my own!
My name is Moriah, and I am 31 years old. I worked for Wag! from August of 2017 to February of 2019. I also worked in a kennel/dog grooming facility when I was younger. Pets, and animals of all kinds, are my joy. I absolutely love working with them. They fill my heart with such happiness. I take pleasure and pride in treating your fur-babies as best as possible, and having fun with them is a unavoidable gift of each encounter. I will make sure to follow your instructions, and provide you with detailed reports of what we did and how things went. I will also send pictures and/or videos, of course! After doing this as my only source of income for about 8 years now, I know it is my passion. I would love nothing more than to take care of your pets while you are unavailable. I look forward to meeting each and every one of them! Pet care is my full time job, so I am able to provide your fur babies with all the love and attention they might need! I like to just hang out with your pets most of the day. I am flexible and match my schedule to theirs, following any and all instructions you have for me. They are my sole focus throughout the sitting, walk, or drop in. I pick up on their quirks quickly and forge strong bonds with them. I love to provide them with as much comfort and security as I can while their family is away.

I follow all instructions that are given to me, and I tend to spoil your animals with love and attention! Sometimes treats as well, if they're allowed. I am able to stay at the pet's house with them nearly 24 hours a day, which they love. We have lots of fun together and always end up developing a strong bond with each other. Anything else that is needed or wanted, I will be happy to provide!

Moriah is an excellent dog sitter! She did a great job looking after my sweet pug for the weekend while we were out of town. And she didn't mind that he needed a little extra care after a last minute injury before her visit.
Meeting Moriah and reading her profile, we had good feelings that she would be prompt, communicative, and adaptable to our dog’s needs but we did not get that. We had a rocky start due to confusion/lack of communication regarding start time that resulted in the sitter arriving later than planned, without communicating or modifying the booking. After this, we didn’t receive as many updates or photos as promised and only received updates when asked. Our dog’s walk schedule and distance were not followed and we didn’t receive any communication about late start times until after the fact. On multiple instances I had to check in and ask how things were going, even after emphasizing during the meet that we expect a LOT of updates/photos. I understand things come up, but we expected significantly better communication during the stay. I try to be as clear as possible with sitters about our expectations and our dog’s needs/routine leaving written instructions and sending them a digital copy of the care document outlining this before the stay. However, Moriah missed the mark here and ultimately the lack of communication regarding these issues impacted our ability to rely on her for quality dog care.
Moriah was very thoughtful in setting a preliminary meet & greet, and also sent pictures along the way of the stay + an update on when she arrived/left the house. Goose looked very comfortable with her & we are grateful for her help!!
Moriah watched my pets (my senior dog and cat) twice, and both times my pets were well taken care of!
Always takes great care of our two dogs!
We had a last minute event, but did not know what do to with the dogs. Moriah was able to help us out and checked on them twice while we were out! Thanks!

Schedule
This is my full time job, so my weekly routine revolves around pet care. Not only do I love every minute of it, but I'm able to provide your animals the highest level of care that way!
