I’ve loved taking care of animals since I was young, now I don’t have a pet of my own so I love taking care of other peoples pets! I’ve taken care of a wide range of animals but prefer to stick with dogs!

Moriah was so accommodating. When we changed aspects of the plan, she made arrangements so things still worked. She considered our needs and adapted her timing to meet them. She was actually able to see--and take pictures of--our nearly-feral barn cat. She clearly is willing to do what it takes to make our animals comfortable with a new caregiver.
I can't say enough about Moriah! I hired her for 1 week and left for my trip on a Monday. By Wednesday, she contacted me and sent me video of my 13 Yr old dog wobbling around and falling over. I am all the way across the country and there is no way I can do anything. I called my vet who could not see her so I called Rivers Edge and they were able to get her in later that day. Moriah drove my precious baby to Albany and took her to the vet so we could find out she had Old Dog Vestibular and symptoms should go away in a few weeks. Moriah carried my poor girl back and forth outside so she could potty and cleaned up her mess when she had an accident. It was so stressful not being able to do anything myself but Moriah handled it so wonderfully, I was relieved. She went above and beyond to take care of my girl and I will definitely use her anytime I need a sitter. Also, my house was clean and put together when I came home as an added bonus!
Moriah saved the day with a last-minute booking. She treated our dog as her own, taking her on long walks and rides in the car, and giving her plenty of treats, playtime, and cuddles. She came home relaxed, quiet, and ready for a nap! Highly recommended.
