Pet care experience
Since 2021 we have fostered over 15 dogs; big, small, young, old, medical needs, blind & deaf, untrained, afraid of humans, and dogs with separation anxiety. Our dog Pancake is very gentle and gets along with everyone. In addition to fostering, Sam volunteers at the Front Street Animal Shelter and is passionate about dogs and other animals.

We have a fenced in yard with a dog door so they can do their business any time they need- and we'll teach them how to use it if that is new to them. If they like to play fetch, we will bring them to the park and can use a 100ft leash if needed. We are comfortable with crates but can also let them choose where to sleep if they are fully potty-trained (dog beds, couches, or bed with us!)

A typical day
We will accommodate your pets activity needs. Typically we will go for a morning walk, and either play fetch at the park in the afternoon or go for an evening walk. Your pet can expect lots of cuddles on the couch!

Availability
We are used to having dogs around 24x7! Though we both have sporadic virtual meetings during the weekday, they don't often overlap, and we are always available for any needs that arise. We like to go for walks around the neighborhood (up to 3x/day based on the activity needs of the dog), and we go across the street to play fetch at the park almost every day.
