I'm a U of M graduate and recently lost my full time job due to funding-no fault of my own. I have been a pet sitter for eleven years and am currently looking to expand my clientele. I have tons of references from my personal pet sitting business and would love to take care of your pets.

For overnight stay, I always follow the directions provided by my clients. If I'm providing care throughout the day and overnight, I feed breakfast and dinner/let them out for potty, check on them one or two more times per day, and then spend the night.

A typical day
I spend time with the dogs in the backyard by letting them run around and play. If a walk is part of my responsibilities, I ask the owner of the preferred route ahead of time. I'm very patient with them and follow their lead. :)

Morgan Stamey has been caring for our fragile teacup Yorkie, Niki, for about 7 years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care and trust she brings. Niki is a very tiny, anxious dog who requires patience and gentleness, and Morgan truly understands that. She never forces interaction, instead allowing Niki to come to her on her own terms, which has made a huge difference in Niki’s comfort. Morgan has stayed with Niki during our vacations and has consistently gone above and beyond — watering plants, collecting mail and packages, and ensuring our home is secure. She communicates clearly and frequently, always sending photo updates and asking for any special instructions up front. She is extremely trustworthy and responsible — we’ve felt completely comfortable giving her access to our home using gate, garage, and door codes. If you’re looking for someone who is not only dependable and professional, but genuinely compassionate with animals, we highly recommend Morgan.
We have used Morgan as our pet sitter now for more than 5 years. She is THE BEST with our dog, spends time with him and really cares for him like he is her own. She always follows the directions given regarding feeding and walking, etc. She can give pills with no problem. She has been doing this for a long time and it shows because she is truly great with animals and our dog is excited when she comes!
Morgan is amazing!! She has taken care of Hank so many times for several years. He is a flat coat retriever full.of energy and she walks him 2 or 3 times a day. Morgan has never missed a time or day. Hank goes bananas when he sees her and ready to play or walk. She has made sure he is fed or medicine given when needed. Whether for a walk when we are gone all day for work or taking care of him when we are out of town for several days, Morgan has been awesome. I hope all your employees take care of the pets the way she has ours.
