Your Dog’s Home Away From Home
My husband, Chris, and I have always been dog people. After losing our sweet pup in 2024, we began caring for other dogs and quickly realized how meaningful it is to create a safe, loving space for them while their families are away. We recently welcomed a small dog into our home. He’s friendly but keeps to himself so know your dog won’t be overwhelmed or bothered. (Freddie is basically a cat). Any guest pup must be comfortable around small dogs. We’re happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand to ensure it’s a great fit. We only take one client at a time to maintain a calm, low-stress environment where your dog receives truly individualized care.

Morgan and her husband were fantastic! We got tons of pictures throughout our pups stay. Updates on how his day is going and constant sense of security that we left Levi in the right hands. Definitely will be frequenting them in our future travels!

Morgan and her fiancé were amazing with my sweet Rocky. She kept me up to date with photos and was super responsive. They took him on walks, played outside in the yard, and hung out. He was comfortable, and so was I to know he was receiving so much attention and love. I will definitely be using Morgan again to watch him and recommend her to anyone wanting a home away from home for their fur baby.
Morgan is excellent. We came back from our trip so happy knowing that our puppy was safe and well taken care of. She sent pictures every day and let us know how McGregor was adapting during his stay. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone loving and attentive to details.
My pup had a great time for a week with Morgan and Chris! Their house is perfect and the yard was great for her to run around. They were great with administering oral medications twice a day and taking her on long walks through their neighborhood and walking trails. We received multiple pics per day and they were accessible throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend Morgan and Chris for your pups as well!

Harmonogram
I work a hybrid schedule and am in the office Tuesday–Thursday. On those days, dogs should be comfortable being home for up to 6–8 hours. When we’re home, we prioritize walks, backyard time, enrichment, and plenty of one-on-one attention. For pick-ups and drop-offs on in-office days, we ask that they be scheduled before 8am, after 5pm, or around lunchtime.

We live in a calm, non-smoking home with a large fenced yard and no children present. Guest dogs have full access to our main living space and are welcome on furniture (just not our bed). Safety and structure are very important to us. Interactions are always supervised, and when unsupervised, dogs are kept in separate areas of the home. Meals are fed separately to ensure everyone feels comfortable. We follow your home routines as closely as possible so your dog feels secure and familiar in our care.

On work-from-home days, mornings start with a potty break and backyard time, followed by relaxed companionship throughout the day. We build in structured play, enrichment toys, and downtime so dogs aren’t overstimulated. Evenings include another walk or backyard session, cuddle time, and settling in together before bed. We aim for a calm, balanced rhythm that keeps dogs happy and relaxed.

- Please let us know ahead of time about any medical needs, dietary restrictions, anxiety triggers, or special routines. We’re comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions. Because we have a small dog in the home, it’s important that your pup is comfortable around other dogs. We do prefer crate-trained dogs for rest time or when unsupervised, but we’re happy to discuss what works best for your dog.
