About Me Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is truly my passion. I have 30 years of experience caring for all kinds of animals, from fish and small pets to dogs, cats, livestock, and horses. I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, and needs, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. For 10 years, I dedicated my time to rehabilitating dogs that were considered unadoptable. I worked with them patiently, helping them build trust and confidence before finding them loving, perfect homes. That experience taught me how important patience, compassion, consistency, and understanding are when caring for animals. I currently have two dogs who are very much part of our family. Copper, my Basset Hound, is one of my children, and Oakley, our adopted German Shorthaired Pointer, has a special place in our hearts as well. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to leave your pets in someone else’s care, which is why I take that responsibility very seriously. I am also a mom to four kids ranging from 12–19 years old, and they share my love for animals and are huge animal advocates themselves. Our family has always believed that animals deserve patience, kindness, respect, and lots of love. When your pets are with me, they aren’t just being watched—they’re being loved, cared for, and treated like family. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away and make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and comfortable in your absence.
