About Izzy

If you give her a ball, she'll never stop. She's destructive of toys and nothingness else, can be barky on occasion (usually when you first come in the door) but otherwise will usually sleep a lot and be fairly calm. She is tolerant of children and dogs but isn't overly playful or excited to interact with them. She doesn't mind cats. Izzy is generally fairly laid back in her older age and will usually lay on the couch and chill. She loves people and will more than likely try to cuddle you.

About Mouse

Mouse was a feral kitten we rescued from the streets of Stephens City when he was about 2 weeks old, if that - his mother had been impregnated twice during her pregnancy and he was the only kitten we know of from the second (younger) litter. We had to feed him kitten milk with an eye dropper for the first few weeks because he was so tiny until we could actually feed him from a bottle. My mom and I carried him around in a scarf wrapped around our chests like a baby. Despite that, he's now happy, fat, and sassy, and I love him dearly. He's pretty much ruined us to other cats - he thinks he's a dog. He loves Izzy as they grew up together, and we always joke that they switched roles. She thinks she's a cat, and he thinks he's a dog.
