I grew up in a household with both large and small dogs, from 10-pound terrier mutts to Saint Bernards. My parents taught me the responsibility and compassion required to care for pets. Over the past two years, I’ve worked at dog kennels, gaining confidence in handling aggressive, fearful, and anxious dogs. I also have a shepherd mix named Belle Beretta, who is almost three years old and has had her own struggles with anxiety, which have been a process to overcome. Outside of work, you’ll find me in the mountains with Belle and my boyfriend.
