I work for the school board throughout the school year, so I am offering pet care services over the Summer! My schedule is flexible so I am able to accomodate last minute bookings and multiple visits a day!

Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I respect the pet’s routine and environment to help reduce stress while their owner is away. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, litter box cleaning, walks, and playtime. When walking dogs, I prioritize calm and structured walks, paying close attention to leash safety, surroundings, and each dog’s comfort level. I am experienced managing multiple dogs and reading body language to prevent issues before they arise. I also make sure pets receive attention, enrichment, and companionship so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so owners know their pets are safe and well cared for.

It’s important for me to know your pet’s routine, temperament, and any specific needs ahead of time. This includes feeding schedules, exercise needs, medical conditions, and any behavioural concerns like anxiety, reactivity, or triggers. I also like to know what your pet enjoys, what they’re not comfortable with, and any training or rules you follow at home so I can keep things consistent. The more I know, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. Please send me your pets vet's name and number in case of emergency.
A typical day
A typical day with me is focused on keeping your pet happy, active, and comfortable in their routine. We’ll start with a walk or play session depending on their energy level, followed by feeding and some downtime. Throughout the day, I include a mix of walks, playtime like fetch or tug, and enrichment activities, along with lots of attention and affection. I adjust everything based on your pet. Higher energy dogs get more activity, while older or calmer pets get slower walks and more relaxed time. My goal is to keep their day fun, consistent, and as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable and well cared for.

What sets me apart is my experience working in a structured dog daycare environment for 4 years. The daycare was run by someone who trained with Cesar Millan, so I learned how to manage dogs using calm, structured pack dynamics and clear boundaries. Because of this, I’m comfortable handling multiple dogs at once and regularly walked groups of up to eight dogs safely. I have also always had dogs growing up, so caring for them has been a constant part of my life. I understand how to read dog body language, manage different temperaments, and create a calm environment where dogs feel safe and secure. My focus is always on safety, structure, and making sure each dog gets the exercise and attention they need. I’m confident working with energetic dogs, dogs who need structure on walks, and helping puppies learn good leash habits. I have an 8 year old golden myself, and he's my best friend!

Morgan has a natural gift with dogs and has worked with dogs in a daycare setting as well. She has the knowledge necessary to understand their needs, behaviours, and individual quirks, she treats my two dogs as if they’re her own ❤️ She is communicative and sends great updates. Morgan’s golden retriever Murphy is super friendly and social but also knows when to give other dogs their space. I would highly recommend Morgan!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Morgan on and off over the past four years at my dog daycare facility. During that time, I’ve come to know her as someone who is mature, responsible, and very capable when it comes to caring for dogs. Morgan has a calm and confident presence around dogs. She handles multiple dogs with ease and is very attentive to their body language, which allows her to interact with them in a thoughtful and respectful way. What stands out most about Morgan is her genuine love for animals. It’s clear not only in the way she cares for the dogs she works with, but also in the way she has trained and raised her own retriever, who is very sweet and well behaved.
