Pet care fits naturally into my everyday routine. I work part-time as a clarinet teacher with San Marcos and Hays CISD, so I have flexible pockets of time throughout the day. This allows me to check in on your pets without ever feeling rushed. I’m especially available in the mornings, evenings, and weekends—and I usually keep my weekends open—so I can give your pets the attention and care they need, whenever works best for them.

Drop-ins: When I care for pets, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for just like they would with you. I’ll check their food and water daily, and for dogs, I’m happy to take them on walks or runs if they enjoy that. I always try to stick to their normal routine so everything feels familiar and comfortable while you’re away. Just Walk: Up to 30 minutes (whatever you prefer) House sitting: Can modify to your schedule, if I have the time I can :)

In addition to what you include there, here’s some extra info that’s helpful for me to know ahead of time: For Cats (Meet & greet not required, but always welcome if you prefer) • Do they have any food aggression or special feeding needs? • Are they usually comfortable with new people, or do they need a little adjustment time? • Where do they like to be pet the most? Are there any spots they don’t like being touched? For Dogs (Meet & greet required first) • Do they have any food aggression or special feeding needs? • Are there spots they love being pet, or places they prefer I avoid? • How do they usually react to other people or dogs on walks? Knowing these details helps me give your pet the best care possible, so they feel safe, happy, and understood while you’re away.
A typical day
If they seem comfortable, I love adding a little enrichment like playtime or puzzles to help get their energy out and keep things fun. I’m also happy to give treats if they’re allowed and you’ve left some out. Some pets love extra attention, and some just want quiet company, so I make sure to adjust to whatever they need.

I have a lot of experience caring for animals because I’m truly part of their world. I’m a cat mom to six, so I’m very comfortable around cats of all kinds, even the spicy ones! I’m patient and understanding when it comes to their moods, and I usually connect with them pretty quickly. I’m also a lifelong dog lover and a proud dog tia (aunt). I grew up with dogs, and I love getting outside for walks or even a little jog if your pup enjoys that. I’m always gentle and careful with senior dogs too, making sure they feel safe and loved. I treat every pet like family while you are away ❤️

I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Morella and Danny truly went above and beyond while I was on vacation, taking the time to walk all three of my dogs every single day. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were not only cared for, but also getting plenty of exercise and attention. Communication was excellent throughout—always prompt, clear, and reassuring. They were consistently punctual and dependable, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. Plus plenty of pics and videos of the dogs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and dedicated dog sitter. I’ve already booked with them twice and will definitely be booking with them again!
