GETTING HERE Please read the instructions I send you. Google maps doesn't always get the directions correct. WHAT TO BRING: 1. Enough food for the duration of the stay plus a little extra. If possible, please bring food in a zip lock bag (or a box) with your pet's name on it. 2. Collar with phone number or tag. 3. Leash. 4. Medication and supplements if needed WHAT NOT TO BRING Please don't bring toys, bowls, blankets, or treats (unless your dog had food allergies). If your dog really needs their bed you may bring it, but I have everything set up and ready to go. Its clean and sanitized and I prefer they use my dog beds. I want to make sure your dogs are happy as can be while staying with my family. Please let me know what they love doing and what they might be scared or anxious about. Are they fixed? are they house trained (no problem if they aren't I just need to know to prepare accordingly), are they ok with kids? (I have two older kids who are very good around dogs). What is their feeding schedule? Anything else you want to share about your pet(s)? Please make sure your dog has a collar and a tag with your number on it. I prefer dogs come with their own food but we can provide food if you need. Please dont leave bowls, toys etc. They get mixed up with out stuff. Also, make sure your dog is updated on all their shots. I recommend they also have the kennel cough vaccine. Note that we have seen cases of kennel cough in Flagstaff. Please know that we do have occasional skunks in the area. I do my absolute best to make sure dogs don't get skunked. But occasionally there is a skunk in the yard and dogs can get skunked. In such cases I wash them in special de-skunked shampoo (at no extra cost) . However, if you would like me to take them to a groomer you will need to pay groomer costs plus cover transportation fees ($15/way). Please provide me with your vet's name and contact and an emergency contact. I want to make sure that in addition to having fun, your dogs are safe!

I live on a few acres with private trails and fenced dog runs just minutes from downtown. We go on walks, hikes in the woods, jogging, visiting the dog park (if you approve), and lots of off leash time at a large fenced area. I love playing ball or frisbee with your dog, and of course making sure they feel loved, exercised, and are HAPPY and safe. I also have two older children who LOVE animals and will give your pet lots of attention and play time. Being a dog trainer and animal behaviorist, I always assure your dog's mental state is as healthy as their physical one. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet, so depending on the level you choose, I stay in constant communication with you. I text daily pictures and updates (at least three times a day), plus guaranteed quick response while I care for your pet so you can be worry free. Prefer not to be, or can't be reached, while I care for your pet? no problem. I will keep images of your pet's adventures till you get back.
