I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13, mainly my own, but I’ve also taken care of friend’s and family friend’s dogs in these past 3 years, so I understand the anxiety or fear of leaving a part of your family in the care of someone that isn’t you and won’t treat your pet like you will. That’s why I always adjust and accommodate my services to every pet’s needs. When it comes to basic care of pets, I always take puppies and dogs on walks at whichever time of day that they need to go out, always making sure to bring snacks and water so they always stay hydrated and healthy. I make sure they have enough playtime inside and outside so they don’t get bored and are entertained. I understand that not every dog wants to play or can’t move too much, so I of course adjust these activities to accommodate every pet’s individual needs so they’re always comfortable and happy. I also have experience with senior care, specifically giving dogs the medicines they need at the intended hours of the day or night. It goes without saying that my main priority are the pets in my care so I also make sure to always check up on every pet at different hours and times, rarely leaving them out of my sight (while also keeping my distance if they’re resting) to ensure they’re always okay.
