Safety, trust & environment
I have an unfenced yard so any outside play will be leashed or in an enclosure. For additional safety, I keep a few dog crates on hand. They are available for pups that are crate trained, in case I need to separate, or even personal preference! Dogs are den animals so when used correctly, some of them (like ours!) love having a cozy space to relax. *Please note, I never use crates as “punishment” in our home, nor do I believe in or practice discipline of animals. I care for and love every animal the way I’d want my sweet boy loved and cared for.

Pet care experience
I've grown up with animals my entire life beginning with Mr. Blue the Himalayan Cat and Kahlua the Black Lab and all of the animals I've loved, worked with, and now become mama to in my adult life. I feel most at ease when I am around animals and consider it an honor to have the opportunity to love them as my own. Regardless of whether it’s a quick drop in or a longer stint. I can most often be found at home. Between kids, fur babies (both mine and others’) I stay pretty busy. I have a Golden Retriever who just turned 7 (though you’d never know he wasn’t still a pup) to play with and keep your baby company. There's space in my home to separate if anyone needs a break and I can easily crate if needed or desired. *Crating is for safety and comfort only, I do not use crating as as discipline.

Reviews

Great experience, my dog was well taken care of!

Montana was great! This was my pups first time away from the family and she did amazing. Our dog requires medication with each feeding, and Montana kept her on track. For her time being away, I was amazed at how at ease she was when I picked her up. No doubt this was due to all the love and comfort she received. Montana provided updates and sent photos which put my mind at ease. Drop off and pick up were smooth and easy. Will definitely use again!

Montana was great with our boy Cache! She is a good communicator and was very easy to work with. And of course Cache loved her!

Montana is incredible. She helped our dog in ways no one else could. We will absolutely be working with her in the future.
