I take safety very seriously and would make sure that when I am visiting an owner's home that I am respectful of their instructions. For example, if I am cat sitting, I would ensure I am well informed about whether they would like the cat to be indoors or outdoors when I leave the house, or if I am taking a dog for a walk, I would respect where the owner would like me to walk them (e.g. a local park).

I am a veterinary medicine student
Pet care experience
As a veterinary medicine student, I have a lot of experience with handling dogs and cats. I have also got a lot of knowledge about administering medicine to cats and dogs and reading their behaviour based on their body language and facial expressions. I have three cats of my own who mean the world to me, as many of our pets do. Apart from small animals, I have worked with British wildlife such as hedgehogs, foxes and pigeons, with farm animals and with horses so I have a broad skillset. I often look after my neighbours cats and dogs when they go away on holiday and would like to extend my help to people in my local area.

Monique is very good with cats. She knows how to keep cats entertained as she is always playing with her cats at home or her neighbour's cats. She is excellent at reading if cats are feeling well or are showing signs of discomfort or pain. She cares about dogs equally and has gained lots of experience with dogs at university on her course.
Monique has 3 cats and is very dedicated to them, looking after them and being very affectionate with them. She also looks after the neighbours cats with enthusiasm and joy. In addition she looks after her landlord’s cat and dog and enjoys playing with them. Overall she is a great animal lover who has a genuine desire to look after all animals big and small.
