I am open to house sitting further away depending on the situation and distance. Unfortunately Rover does not allow this distinction in the app. Thanks for understanding.

I think it's super important to know your pet's quirks. If they don't like being pet somewhere or some kind of movement that might set them off. Their behaviors- do they bark a lot and why? Their eating and walking schedule is really important too. Having emergency numbers handy and all the important pertinent information always makes things go smoother.
A typical day
I love to walk, so walking dogs is ideal for me, or cuddling. Throwing the ball or some kind of object they like to play with is also fun. I don't prefer to take dogs to dog parks where there are dogs I am not familiar with, so backyard situations with obedient dogs that will come when you call them, are my favorite. :)

*I have a few open slots for weekday walks in Bellevue. I've cared for pups and cats for about 16 + years. I'm basically every friend's "auntie" when it comes to pets. I love and care for them as if they were mine. P.S- I do also have experience taking care of kitties through Rover and w friends. P.S.S- Willing to take on a gig longer than a week - just depends on each case. P.S.S.S- I am also willing to travel outside of my 4 mile radius for house-sitting (only) depending on the distance.

Monique stayed with our two dogs while we were overseas for 11 days. She was so flexible and met with my more nervous dog two times before we left. She communicated the whole time and our dogs were very happy to be in their own home with Monique rather than a boarding facility. I highly recommend her and we will be using her for many more trips this upcoming year.
