Aloha, I’m a high energy dogmom with a large heart looking to help out other fur parents while finishing my veterinarian schooling. I’m extremely intuitive with different dogs needs. I listen to what their human(s) want and need as well. I am more than enthusiastic to follow meticulous instructions, take notes, logs and pictures. I get it :} I have a rescue that adores people, places, things and all animals... well except squirrels. Love is an understatement. I know how hard it is to be away from them for even a few hours. I'm a very proactive obstacle solver with a medical background, originally from a small town, big farm life on the East coast where I’ve obtained over twenty five years of experience raising, training and caring for dogs. Included, but not limited to fostering puppies and dogs until they are ready to be adopted. I am extremely responsible, reliable and communicative. I’ll be the ideal furcilitator for you and your dog:)

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Had requested and paid for house sitting in my home which entailed spending the majority of the day with my dogs as well as spending each night while I was away for 11 days. Right off the bat she didn’t sleep at my house night one, and when I brought it to her attention that that’s not what we had discussed, she told me I was speaking to her unkindly when I was very clearly voicing my concerns, and she “didn’t wish to bicker.” She didn’t stay at my home as I had wished, leaving the dogs to pee literally on every inch of the floors constantly. I came home to NUMEROUS pee stains on both my living room and bedroom carpets and wood floors. She lead me to believe via messaging that all was well and she was doing as I had asked, which obviously wasn’t the case. When I came home after my trip I immediately noticed the stench in my home and tons of pee areas on and off carpet. I brought this up to her obviously very displeased with the service I paid for, knowing she didn’t care for my dogs as I asked and she said “let Jesus and your dogs show you the truth.” Which is insane in itself. She knew there was a disgusting amount of pee in my apartment from not taking my dogs out and not spending the time in my home I had requested, and instead of cleaning anything, chose to light every candle I’ve ever owned to try and compensate for it. Including my very obvious decor only candles. In addition, she left stains on my very nice couch and instead of letting me know, covered them up with blankets for me to find when I returned home. In addition, she rummaged through my personal belongings and even let me know she had done so. I can’t even begin to explain how unhappy and honestly mortified this entire thing was with this sitter. As a rover sitter myself, I wouldn’t dream in a million years of leaving someone’s home in the condition Monique left mine. No apologies or any sort of remorse on her part and bringing religious beliefs into the situation instead of owning up to her mistakes, really goes to show the lack of professionalism and human decency in general. Don’t agree to care for someone’s home and animals if you’re not equipped to do so. I genuinely have zero clue how she had good ratings before this. I guess 4+ years in between bookings does some damage. Book at your own risk

Great stay! Kobe loves his stay and came back super happy! Monique actually spent time training kobe as well which was great! I would highly recommend Monique to anyone that is looking for a pet sitter!

Please let me know if your dog has particular needs, allergies, triggers or is working on something like house training. Accidents happen, but can be prevented the more that I am prepared. No breed preferences. My dog and I like everyone who’s a dog or dogperson. No aggression or destruction. You are in agreement and will be back charged accordingly for any damages you are responsible for.
A typical day
I live in a safe residential area perfect for walks and/or runs. I love both so it’s up to your doggo’s physical needs. My dog & I love leashed runs where it is quiet, safe and car free. If that is something you'd like for your pup, paw-lease let me know. Close to parks if that’s approved by your parent(s). My large double fenced in yard is shade inclusive, lots of fun for romping around, playing fetch, exploring new smells or enjoying a treat. Couch surfing, plenty of water, pets and beauty sleep naps after exercise are understandable and encouraged. When your dog stays with me I take them into my wolf pack with open arms as part of my family. I’m always supervising meals, naps, play, indoor or outdoor time to make sure your dog is not showing any signs of separation anxiety. You can find me on the ground with your dog to be sure they know they’re a good dog, loved and not alone. My sweetheart mutt, Naga is also overly considerate. You could deem us up your canine's butt to those more independent, but they will never feel alone or know you’ve been gone. I’m very intuitive with different dogs needs and listen to what their human(s) want and need too.
