I am completely free for work, so I have a lot of availability and a lot of flexibility. I can work any day of the week, mornings or afternoons. I will not stay at an owners place, but I can bring in the mail if so desired.

I know to approach new cats close to their level, and let them have their personal space as needed. The cat will come to me on their terms. I will always make sure the cat is fed during their normal times. Make sure any dishes the cat uses are fresh, new bowl, and I can take care of the litter box. I remain aware of a cat’s energy, and when it wants to play or not. Because I do not have a cat, cat owners can rest assured that their cat won’t feel that another cat is entering their territory.

It is important to know the cat’s schedule in terms of feeding and playing time. Knowing what their temperament is before hand, helps me to better respect its boundaries.
A typical day
We will play with all of the different toys around the house. Also, I will attempt to teach the cat new tricks, if they allow it.

I have always loved cats. When I was younger and the neighbors were away, I fed their cat and gave it attention. More recently, I cat sit a friend’s cat. I went to my friend’s apartment, gave the cat just the right amount of attention, fed it, refreshed the water bowl, maintained the litter box, ensured the cat had fresh dishes, played with it, and respected its personal space when the time came. I have read and watched a lot of videos about cat behavior and needs. I am very patient in general, so I know that cats can feel insecure about someone in their space. Cats tend to warm up to me really quick due to my calm demeanor. However, I am not put off if a cat takes some time to warm up to me. I love all cats equally. Also, I am very meticulous when it comes to making sure all needs are met. Also, Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutch, aber nicht so viel.

Wir sind rundum begeistert von der Betreuung unseres Katers von Monique! Schon beim ersten Kennenlernen haben sich die beiden auf Anhieb hervorragend verstanden, inklusive eines High Fives, das wir selbst zuvor nie hinbekommen haben 😄 Seitdem fragen wir sie bei jedem unserer Urlaube als Erstes an, ob sie sich wieder um unseren Kater kümmern kann. Sie ist absolut zuverlässig und wir können uns immer auf sie verlassen. Während unserer Abwesenheit hält sie uns täglich mit ausführlichen, liebevollen Updates und Fotos auf dem Laufenden und reagiert zudem immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Das gibt uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Besonders schön finden wir, dass sie sich nicht nur ums Füttern kümmert, sondern sich auch viel Zeit zum Spielen und Beschäftigen mit unserem Kater nimmt. Wenn wir nach Hause kommen, ist alles immer sehr ordentlich, sodass man direkt merkt, wie gewissenhaft sie arbeitet. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden und vertrauen ihr unseren kleinen Prinzen jederzeit gerne an. Absolute Empfehlung!
