Full time animal lover!
Hello, My name is Monique. I currently have 2 dogs of my own that, I only just realized have officially entered seniorhood. I currently work at a local vet clinic here in Ithaca so I am also up to date and knowledgable about different breeds,foods, treats, and everything cat and dog! Ive been pet sitting and walking since the age of 13 Which has helped me learn all about caring for animals at all ages. From 4 weeks up till seniority, I can do it all and love every minute of it. Taking care of animals is something im extremely passionate about. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your furry(or feathered or scaled) friend!

Ivy is very timid and takes a while to warm up to people. Monique was great with Ivy and very patient and understanding!
Monique was responsive and took great care of my two girls. One of my dogs is awaiting surgery, and Monique ensured she rested as required. She also was comfortable with handling my reactive dog, which is not always easy. I definitely recommend her and will use her again!!
Monique was fantastic with our high-energy dogs. We have used her for drop ins and for house/dog sitting. Her calm, patient approach helped them relax, and her clear communication made it easy for us to feel completely comfortable while we were away. We appreciated the thoughtful updates and photos, and she followed our instructions to a T. Our pups were happy and relaxed when we returned. We’d book with Monique again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!
Monique is WONDERFUL! I actually met her at her job, Petland. I was shopping for a new collar and some toys for my boxer mix and I was going on about how I was trying to find someone to watch him for the weekend while I went away on business, and she mentioned that she actually did dog sitting and would love to do it. The next day I met with her and my little Billy got to see her house and meet her dogs, everyone immediately hit it off amd it was set! She sent me LOADS of pictures and videos of Billy having fun with her and her dogs, even ahowing me that she took him to the pool. It really helped reassure me, especially since this is the first time spending the weekend away from him. She really is the greatest and her love for dogs is evident.

Schedule
I currently do work full time and have 2 kidsof my own; and my work schedule does change from week to week but with a little bit of planning, im able to make most things work! Never be afraid to ask if you dee something and are unsure if im the right fit for you! Rover inly lets me specify certain details.

Safety, trust & environment
I take all safety precautions, double leashes, prong collars(if provided), harnessed walkes, anything that YOU say works best for your pet, I am doing. I dont like to take the risk!

A typical day
The typical day would be as close to their normal as possible! If distance permissible , I like to also stop by on my lunch break to allow for potty breaks and interaction time as to not leave them alone for extended periods.
