Availability
During the school year, I am able to care for your dog before and after the school day and always have weekends and federal holidays off if you are going away for a long weekend. During the summer, I’m very flexible with my time, and can easily help walk and care for pets, when you are busy at work or doing other things.

A typical day
When I am watching your dog, I will make sure to play with them lots and provide as many outings as I possibly can. If requested, I can also work on any training you are currently implementing.

Pet care experience
I love animals and I’ve always had pets. In 2020, when work went online, I started doing a lot of dog sitting and dog walking. I have experience with lots of different breeds and different needs. I currently have a senior dog, Bailey, who is an absolute angel. Bailey has some health issues so I have lots of experience with dogs who may have specialized diets or need medications. My daughter has an Australian shepherd, so I also have experience with dogs who may need some more structure when you are away. On top of dog care, I have experience with most other pets (cats, fish, gerbils, bunnies, guinea pigs, birds and even geckos) so if you have any other pets who need some care while you are away, I am able to. I am an assistant teacher, so during the school year, I follow the schools calendar but during the summer I am completely free.

Monika does a wonderful job with our little Sammy. He has got a lot of wiggly distraction at the beginning of the walk, but Monika settles him down and he gets into the walk.
Monika was wonderful. She had to take care of two dogs who do not get along with each other, a visiting dog and the dog in residence. She did a great job of caring for each dog and taking each of them for a walk. She kept the peace and all was well when we got home.
Monika was amazing. Very attentive to our golden Murphy. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Very easy great communication and enjoyable to work with. I will definitely use her again. 5 stars!!
I have known Monika for many years and know that I can always trust her to watch my dogs. My dogs absolutely adore Monika, she is so sweet and calm with them. She is also super good with time and always sends me the cutest updates of my dogs. If you are looking for a dog walker or sitter that you know loves and cares for your dogs as much as you do, Monika is amazing !
