Monika is very friendly and amenable. She looked after our dog in a calm and reassuring way. We will definitely be using Monika again.
I was expecting to receive photos of my dog's daily life every day, but I was very disappointed. On the first night, Monika sent me a photo of my dog walking in the dark. The next day, I hadn't received any photos until around 10:00pm, so I WhatsApped her and she sent me the photos of my dog which my dog was at her home. She explained that she brought my dog out playing most of the day, why didn't I receive any photos for outside?
