I like to know the pets sleeping, eating, playing habits. I like to know how they are with other animals and people. How much energy they have. How much they like to walk run. Treats habits. Of course I need to know about any medication application or food requirements. I also like to know about bad habits that I might avoid reinforcing. Anything that will help me to make them safe, healthy and happy.
A typical day
For me the most important is the animal safety. When I know they are safe I like long walks, runs and training. Everything depends of the dogs age, breed and habits. I like to ask to make sure I follow the proper protocol so the animal feels safe and happy. I love seeing them healthy and happy. Morning and evening walks. Making sure the temperature is appropriate for them there is plenty of water at all times, food when applicable, medicine when needed. Fun activities are letting the dogs to explore different smells, playing with them appropriate. If there is a swimming pool letting them swim with or without me, if the owner allows and encourages that.

I love animals. They are so precious and cannot speak and complain, I feel as a person to protect and love them. I grow up on a farm and love nature and animals. I live in Malibu, California, and I have my own interior inspired business. I am very clean, organized, conscientious and respectful.

Monika recently watched our two dogs and our two rabbits while we were away. One of our dogs has a lot of fear around people he doesn't know and she was great with him and took her time to make sure he was comfortable. She kept in great contact with us and sent lots of great photos. She took our dogs on adventures and gave them lots of love. We were very very happy with the care that she gave our pups and bunnies and would highly recommend her!
We are so grateful that we found Monika on Rover. She is a wonderful person and was great with our dogs; they love her! Monika was clear and straightforward in her communication and punctual. Since we had not met in person before, it was very important to me that she arrive on time so that we could have a human meet-and-greet! I recommend Monika without hesitation.

Monika has house sat for me multiple times. Every time I have gone out os town, I have come home to a house where every detail was in place and extremely well looked after. She has a heart to do an excellent job. She takes her responsibility very seriously. She respects the boundaries of the homeowner. have been able to go out of town and completely relax, knowing she is vigilant and considerate.
