Monika was a lifesaver for my anxious pup, Xen! He's not used to new people or places, but Monika and her friendly poodle, Alu, made him feel right at home. It was like they spoke his language! Monika's patience, understanding and calm demeanor with my dog were incredible. She went the extra mile to ease his nerves and made sure he felt safe and loved all while keeping me updated on how he was doing. Alu, being the cool, well behaved older brother, showed Xen the ropes and they became fast buddies. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Monika's care and attention meant the world to us, and I'll definitely be bringing him back for another stay!"
