Trusted Care from a Fellow Cat Mom
As a cat mom, I care for every cat as I do my own — patiently, respectfully, and with love. For the past 8 years, I’ve cared for cats of all personalities, building trusted relationships with kitties and their humans. I let each cat set the pace, whether they want play, affection, or quiet company, always speaking gently to help them feel safe and secure. I follow instructions and provide daily updates and photos, staying attentive to even small changes. I have had cats most of my life, and I've also established a local FB group to connect cat parents.

My goal is to maintain your cat's usual routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home while you’re away — from feeding and litter preferences to favorite toys or treats. I’m clean and respectful of your space, double-checking everything before leaving. I am also happy to water any plants if needed.

This was my first time using Rover, and I’m so glad I found Monica! She was very responsive and sent me updates throughout the week, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She even brought a ribbon for my cat to play with. I could tell that my cat felt very comfortable around her. I’ll definitely be booking with Monica again in the future. First time using Rover and we couldn’t be happier with Monica and the care our cats received! From the very first visit, it was clear how much she genuinely loved cats. Monica kept us updated with daily photos (which looked like professional shots at times!) and messages throughout, so we never had to worry while we were away. The cats warmed up to her and really enjoyed all the play time she gave them. Our place was left incredibly tidy when we got home, which was greatly appreciated after being away for a week. We’ll absolutely be booking Monica again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring cat sitter. Thank you Monica!

Monica took care of our boys for an extended stay while we were out of the country. She was attentive to their unique needs like food behaviors and play. Communication was excellent and so were the pics! They’re always so happy to see us when we’re home, which is a testament to Monica’s great care. Will book again!

Schedule
I can drop-in once or twice a day, seven days a week to provide consistent care, sticking closely to your cat’s usual routine. My schedule is flexible as a wfh freelancer.
- CatsMonica can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- Please let me know if your cat has any special needs or known behaviors that might help me understand what you're looking for. I have experience with medication that can be added to food.
