I currently work full time, Tuesday through Friday, 7am - 5pm. I am widely available on the weekends and Mondays, alongside week-day evenings. Long walks on the weekends are already part of my schedule and I love doing so with a furry companion.

I love a schedule or directions to follow, and I am happy to tend to whatever your dog’s needs are. Crate training, using specific commands for consistency, etc. I never want to overstep, and any visit will reflect care, concern and respect within your home.

I am happy to receive a list of instructions or requests. Whether it’s special meal requirements (how the food is prepared or served), or what time the dog eats, if they need to be monitored etc. please let me know if you have any health concerns, play limitations (easily tired joints), or concerns with them around other pets, or if you’d prefer I bring my dog along on a walk for socializing! I am very flexible and willing to accommodate on your needs.
A typical day
I love positive reinforcement, and your pet will forever be called a good boy/girl. We can go for walks or hikes, play with toys, play in the yard. Frisbee, fetch, a dip in a pool - happy to accomodate their hobbies. I am happy to feed them or give treats as approved, and whatever else they might need!

Hey there, my name is Monica and I would be delighted to be apart of your pup’s life. I am a dog lover through and through, and have always been a lover of all animals. For as long as I can remember, furry friends have been a part of my family. Starting with two golden retrievers, then Labrador retrievers, my family was always a dog household. Dog walks, plays and feeding have been part of my life, well, forever! I now have a lab mix of my own and she is my world. She is well trained and we get out for lots of walkies. Some say I spoil her, but I don’t believe you can show a dog too much love. As a dog owner myself, I understand the worry that comes with leaving your furry friend at home while life needs you elsewhere. You can count on me to pop by for a visit, a walk, a feed, or a cuddle/play. Look forward to working with you :)

Monica is a loving and caring person in general. As far as pets go she is one of the best in caring for pets. Her experience with pets is with dogs. I would feel absolutely comfortable if my dogs were in the careful hands of Monica as has been demonstrated by her. My dogs love Monica and anticipate her arrival.
Monica has a love for animals. Especially her dog Nova!!! Who is very well trained and behaved. Monica is incredibly kind and trustworthy. She has taken care of our little yorkie ‘Jasper’ when we go away on trips and I never have a single worry. He’s always been in the best of care with Monica (and Nova).
