Monica was excellent and was kind enough to accept my cat Beebo’s last min sitting request and took Greta care of him while keeping me updated about him.
Monica was the absolute BEST! It was a super chaotic and busy week but she was super communicative and understanding with all my changes. She even picked up/dropped off Doja (my cat) despite a last minute ask. She sent lots of photos of Doja and made me feel secure in my cats stay. 1000/10 will be using Monica again to watch Doja!
I had a disappointing experience with Monica. Throughout the stay, she repeatedly messaged me asking to pick up my dog, saying he was crying and being a nuisance. She eventually canceled the booking midway, which left me scrambling to find another sitter and even led to me having to change my international flight to return earlier. Fortunately, my dog has been doing exceptionally well with his new sitter. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of care or peace of mind I expected, and I cannot recommend this sitter.
Monica was a complete delight! I booked both of my dogs together for the first time and was nervous on how they would adjust. She shared updates and photos. She loved and cared for my fur babies as if they were her own. They even became attached to her. I experienced a slight delay and she was very understanding with me. I WILL be booking with her again in ghe future. I cannot say enough positive things about her.
