Zookeeper that loves pets!
Animals are my passion! I have been petsitting since I was a teen and now am a professional zookeeper caring for animals everyday. Your pet's safety, health and happiness are my top priority! I'm comfortable accommodating different ages, personalities and energy levels of all pets. I'm able to care for dogs, cats and exotics - such as birds, rodents and reptiles. I can also give medications for pets if needed. I'm available for drop in appointments. I love taking dogs on walks and having playtime, but I'm always happy to cuddle with snuggly dogs (and cats) as well. Being around animals is what makes me happiest, so I'm always excited to meet new pets and can't wait to meet yours!

Safety, trust & environment
I like to care for pets as similarly to how a client already interacts with their pets. It keeps the pets more calm since it doesn't change their routine much. Whether that's walks or meals at a certain time or a favorite toy or activity they love to do, I'm happy to keep them happy!

Monica was great as always! Loves on my girls and makes sure they’re doing well. She is communicative and updates us with pictures so we feel at ease when we’re away!
Monica has been cat-sitting our 2 babies whenever we travel for over the last year and she has continued to exceed every expectation with each visit! She follows every instruction consistently and adds amazing extras like sending us updates and photos daily. It makes traveling and leaving our cats a little less stressful knowing she will be there to care and play with them! We are so happy Rover led us to her!

Monica is one of the best petsitters I’ve found on Rover. Her photos have been great, and her descriptions of her interactions with my pets have been even better - her care for them really shines through, and I almost feel I’m able to be there in person. I actually recognize them in her descriptions of their behavior. She quickly earned my confidence and I won’t hesitate to rely on her again!
Monica was great! While gone for a weekend trip, Monica checked in with my cats. Fed them and gave them all the pets. I also enjoyed all the updates with cute pictures! I felt at ease leaving my cats in Monica’s care.

Schedule
I currently work full-time Sunday to Thursday from 7:30-4:30, so I'm able to make an early AM visit or any visits after work those days. On Fridays and Saturdays I'm available any time!
