I always ask my clients to provide details regarding their pet’s normal feeding and care routine and try to follow it as closely as possible. My goal is to help the pets I care for feel comfortable and safe while their family is away; following their normal routine is very important.

I want to know all about your dogs needs and routine ahead of time. Let me know any special toys and treats they enjoy! I also want to know what causes anxiety so I can avoid those situations along with what makes them feel calm and happy.
A typical day
I will follow your exercise and activity routine - every dog is unique and I want them to feel secure in their normal routine. We will take walks, play and cuddle as much as your pet needs! I will walk them in familiar neighborhoods and parks near your home unless you specify otherwise.

Pet care experience
I have nurtured my own pets since I was a child and have taught my four children to be loving, responsible caregivers to all animals. I’ve been taking care of pets of all types for my friends, colleagues and neighbors for the last 24 years including dogs, cats, gerbils, guinea pigs, turtles, chinchillas, and even a family of raccoons! I’m comfortable administering medications as needed, including shots for an elderly diabetic cat!
