Loving home away from home!
I have taken care of many family and friends animals over the years while they have been away, both in my home and their own. I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I have lots of experience caring for senior dogs with medication and special aging needs. We currently have a senior dog and a cat in our home leaving lots of time and love for your pet when needed. Because our dog is a senior our home is quieter and moves at a slower pace during the day. Making it ideal for other senior dogs or dogs who may be more anxious or need extra time adjusting.

Monica is amazing! From the first meet she was so welcoming. She was so attentive to my pups needs. She asked all kinds of questions in order to get to know them which I appreciated very much. Our return flight home was delayed by a few hours and Monica was so kind telling me not to worry the girls are fine and for us to just be safe. She’s so very kind! I’m an anxious dog mama so leaving my girls with anyone makes me a little nervous but after seeing my girls at Monica’s house with her pup and how comfortable they were immediately made me feel so good about leaving them with her. She sent daily updates with photos and always responded quickly whenever I reached out. We will definitely be rebooking it she’ll have us!
Lots of toys, beds, healthy treats, etc. for the dogs. Clean. They were very nice and the big girl was happy.
Monica took great care of Jake for a week. I'm totally comfortable leaving him with her. Her place is perfect for hosting dogs, with a fenced-in yard, doggie door and someone home most of the time. Her dog Hunter is a gentle giant and getting too old to play much any more, which suits Jake just fine. We'll be back for sure.
Monica is awesome and accommodating! She took EXCELLENT care of my labrador while I went on vacation with my kiddos!

Schedule
I'm home during the day and most evenings available to love, walk, feed, play with and care for your dog. If I am not available to be home for more than an hour, my husband will be home to ensure their care and safety.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard with full time access in/out of our home. Your pets will be treated as our own, allowed to cuddle on pet beds, couches or in their own crates if preferred. I strive to make each pet feel safe, loved and comfortable while in my care.

A typical day
We have play time in the backyard as needed throughout the day, depending on the individual dogs needs. Morning walks daily if pups are able and if needed evening walks can be done whenever possible. I am home all day to snuggle and love each dog in my care. They dictate what they need and I follow their lead.
