This person abruptly quit with no notice and charged us for a walk she did not do, and I had to request a refund directly through Rover. Surprising, very strange, and unfortunate. I hate to give poor ratings but this is deserved.
She was very good with my Enzo who is very active. Monica was very flexible with time and she is amazing when it came time of keeping me updated on their walks and fun time together with my puppy
