Monica helped me out last minute and was flexible with my crazy flight times. My doggo Shadow was happy and healthy. She followed instructions and also sent updates via video and photos. I’d definitely work with her again.
We got home and Goldie and Nyx seemed so happy. Thanks Monica for taking great care of them!
She agreed to a booking at a specific time without letting me know she couldn’t do the walks until over an hour later than the time I requested, didn’t communicate the change so after an hour of trying to get a hold of her I had to have rover cancel the booking.
Great sitter, she is patient, kind and treats my dog as if it is her dog. My dog loves to go over there. Great to have a person I can trust with my dog and gives me daily updates.
