So I'll start by asking lots of questions, getting to know your pet, and putting safety, trust and communication at the forefront of our relationship.

I'd want to know any health or behavior issues, anything that scares them, any foibles that may come as a surprise. What are the no-gos for the dog and owners as well as what will make your dog happy!
A typical day
It runs the gamut! Activities are often dependent on the dog's activity level, health and weather. I love a walk around the neighborhood, a visit to a park or dog beach (if that works for the dog), or a romp around the backyard. I also love a snuggle, indoor games, or just sitting on the couch. I'm good at assessing their mood and seeing what he or she wants.

Pet care experience
I have loved dogs all my life. I was ten years old when my family got our first dog (a high energy, very intelligent border collie). Since then, I have had experience with various sizes, breeds and personalities, and delight in becoming their friend and guardian. I also ride horses, which has taught me a whole new level of care, trust and companionship. I grew up in and live in Manasquan, and look forward to meeting your pet!

Monica did several drop in visits for my 47lb yellow lab mix over the last few days. She went above and beyond and provided extra love to my dog. If you need a reliable, trustworthy, attention to detail pet sitter/walker, look no further!
Monica was a super communicator. Before, during, and after, she was in touch to ensure that our doggie was well cared for. She was punctual and gave us excellent updates. Most importantly, our dog ADORES Monica.
Monica was great with my 47lb high energy yellow lab mix. She was prompt, reliable and my dog loved her. I will definitely use her again!
So glad she was there to help in a bind. She was great with our big dog…who isn’t for everybody. And the little guy too. Would definitely recommend.
