Dogs need to be bathed regularly, have their nails trimmed, their teeth cleaned and anal glands expressed! Most importantly: ALWAYS SPAY & NEUTER! If I see that your dog is being neglected in any of these ways I cannot guarantee that I will watch them again.
A typical day
When your dog is in my care you can expect them to have lots of playtime in the house, multiple walks a day, routine potty breaks and lots of cuddles! I can even take them to a dog park or on a hike at your request. If I plan to leave them home alone for any reason or want to take them anywhere (i.e. on a hike) I will always ask ahead of time ♡

Hi there! My name is Monica and I am a 35-year-old pet care professional. I have been surrounded by animals all my life (dogs, cats, birds, small animals and reptiles) and have - AT THE LEAST - some basic knowledge on how to care for these critters. I worked at PetSmart for 3 years as a 'Pet Care Specialist' wherein I routinely fed and cared for animals on the sales floor, I advised pet parents on how to properly prepare for their new pet and I also cared for sick/injured animals in isolation (I cleaned their habitats, logged their health progress and administered oral/topical medications). In addition, I'm currently volunteering at my local animal shelter as a dog walker. At this time I am only accepting bookings for dog walking and drop-in visits, and I would be happy to help out for a one-time thing or for regularly scheduled visits! *PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I AM NOT RESTRICTED TO ONLY DOGS - I CAN CARE FOR PETS OF ANY KIND!* If you need your cat, small animal, reptile, bird, etc. taken care of while you're away - I am the gal for you! ♡ My aim in working through Rover is to extend my passion for animals outwards to others and to be there for YOU and your pet when you need it most.
