I abide by the instructions set by the client, but place a premium on pet safety. Pets will not be forced into harnesses until they feel comfortable with me, I take care to make sure no pets escape, and that I leave every home as I found it.

Monica is a natural around pets. She is loving, attentive, and compassionate but most importantly incredibly dependable. She is always prompt, does what she says will do, is extremely communicative, and will take the initiative when needed. I have never worried about my pets when she's in charge and I know that even if emergencies arise, they will be well taken care of. I highly recommend her!
