I work from home most of the week and have plenty of time during the day for neighborhood strolls/walks with my rover pups. I love going for walks to take a break so would take the dog out at least 3 or 4 times a day with me.

My husband and I live in a 2 bedroom/2 floor condo with a balcony. The dog would have access to the first floor. We have hard wood floors, a ton of really great light and are on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators in this building. We have a ton of neighbors who have dogs, an elementary school near by with a nice track/green space, and lots of side walk space for walks.

No breed preference. I prefer hosting a dog that is potty trained, not aggressive, and does not jump on couches/beds. In the evening, my husband will have our bedroom door shut when we go to bed so we prefer to have the dog sleep in the living room area by itself.
A typical day
I have a great neighborhood for walks. Lots of open space, not very crowded, small parks around, and lots of side walks. There's so much open green space behind my building to play fetch and run around.

I had two dogs growing up (Snowball and Mocha) and in recent years, have dog sat for friends, friends, and for Rover clients. It's rewarding and super fun for me! I enjoy the long walks in my neighborhood (I live in an awesome neighborhood for that) and lots of cuddles/belly rubs with the dogs I am sitting!
