Hi there! Welcome to my page. I have been caring for my family's, friend’s, and neighbor’s pets for many years. I grew up riding horses and spent a lot of time with other animals as well. I volunteer with OC Animal Care, primarily walking large dogs that love to pull and are often reactive and mouthy. I have also fostered kittens that needed to be bottle fed. Before working with OCAC, I volunteered with Girls of Dog Rescue, primarily transporting dogs and working adoption events. I am an avid hiker and would love to take your fur baby out with me. I also love taking photos and would definitely get some cute shots to send. My boyfriend John will be helping me out in case there are errands I need to run. We live together with our own small dog and two cats who prefer to be around animals the same size as them or not much bigger. We would love to do a meet and greet to talk details and ensure we are a good fit. We would also be taking one client at a time to give our full focus to your pet(s) and to reduce the potential spread of any bacteria or diseases.

Monet was amazing! She took really good care of my two cats while I was abroad and followed all of my instructions carefully and sent me tons of photos and updates. I was really happy booking with her and will definitely use her again for future.
She deserves 10 stars!! Monet was so wonderful with my dogs, ensuring they had the best experience away from home. I was kept updated on their wellbeing with lots of great photos and videos. They looked to be having so much fun! I felt confident and comfortable that my dogs were safe and happy. They accommodated my pups' normal routine so that when we got back, Zed and Gaia were in sync with our daily schedule. Monet and John were so warm and welcoming, you can tell they truly LOVE Animals. I recommend Monet and John to anyone who wants their pups to be well CARED for. I am so grateful to them, I plan on rebooking every time I need a dog-sitter!
Monet and her boyfriend were attentive to Charlie, took him on walks, a run and were very friendly and sweet. Monet communicated how he was doing, throughout his stay, and provided photos.

Schedule
On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, I am out of the house from 7:15-9:45am then 12:10-5:30pm. On Tuesdays and Fridays I will be out of the house from 7:15am-3:45pm Unless your pet is used to being home alone for 8 hours and we feel comfortable with our pets together unsupervised, I will only be accepting weekend stays and visit for now.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a townhouse with a small yard. We understand how stressful it can be leaving your pet with someone - we had a bad experience with a pet sitter before. We promise to take care of your pet as our own and guarantee you will be satisfied with our help! We will follow any guidelines you have for us. The more details the better! But if not much is provided, we will follow Riley’s typical schedule! We take him out every couple hours, I can usually sense when he needs to go potty and would probably take your pet out more since I don’t know their schedule/routine. We usually hydrate Riley’s food and would do the same plus anything else needed for mealtimes. We also have tons of toys to play with in between naps!
Pets
A typical day
I would love to take your dog on a hike or walk then slum it on the couch with lots of cuddles. We could also play fetch at the park or walk around the beach! Depending on the day and time, if I am able to go on a hike when your dog needs a walk and if your dog hikes ok, I would love to take your dog on a hike for the price of a 30 min walk! I often wish I had a bigger dog who I could hike with so I would love to have that companion. Please mention this if it sounds like something you are interested in! I would probably start at 1-3 miles to get to know your dog, then go up from there.
