I have been professionally caring for dogs and cats in-home for about 5 years part-time, but I was raised in a home that routinely took in stray and surrendered animals. I am a lifelong vegetarian and 10-year vegan with a deep love for all creatures. In addition to caring for animal companions, I like to leave homes better than I found them. Whenever possible, I do some light housekeeping so that when folks return from their trips, they come back to happy animals and a cozy home where they can just put their bags down and crawl into a bed!

My posted rates are firm. I ask that folks not haggle or try to negotiate an initial pet-sit off of the app for a cheaper rate.

Angela was awesome! They took such great care of my dog while I was away. I got regular updates and pics, which made me feel relaxed knowing my dog was in good hands. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be booking again!
Angela was amazing! She helped us out on very short notice with our golden retriever, who absolutely adored her. She was communicative, positive, left the house pristine, and best of all I could tell she really cared about Stevie! Will definitely book again!
Angela was above & beyond. Took great care of the cat & dog - and the house was better than when I left it! I hope she is available the next time I need a house/pet sitter!
I absolutely adore Angela, she came to watch our extremely clingy Great Dane and she handled him with so much love and attention. She checked in every day to let us know how he was doing and by the end of the trip they had clearly become best friends, he even searched the house looking for her once she departed! We will absolutely be asking Angela to look after Quentin again!!
Angela helped support me while I went away for the first time. She brought such care to my home and my dog (Sheila) and cat (Boots) took right to her. In addition to bringing such good energy to my home she communicated well and was lovely to work with. I'll definitely be working with her in the future. I highly recommend Angela if you want to feel at ease while being away from your animals!
Angela took care of my Birman-Siamese cat Sally for about a week. Sally is a very shy kitty but she liked Angela and came out of hiding rather quickly, encouraged by treats (or rather, “courage pellets” as Angela referred to the treats in the videos she sent me while I was away). Angela is super responsible, a reliable communicator, and very good with animals, including timid rescues. Thank you Angie!

This is a safety issue for both parties — I do not enter strangers’ homes without safeguards and advise against folks needing pet sitting services to allow strangers into their home without safeguards. Rover is a means to provide that safety measure prior to establishing a trusting relationship.
