We had a booking with the catsitter for a month. Day 1 and day 2 I msged her to see how it is going and if she had managed to visit the house. She did not like that and offered to cancel the booking. We were abroad and this nearly meant one of us cancelling the holiday and coming back to London which created lots of stress for us. Then I largely stopped messaging her so I dont create some pressure to make her want to quit again. Thought the app she sent pics, but most of the time was just the corner of the house where the cat litter and cats bowls were but no pics of the cats. When we came home the door to the patio was left unlocked, pretty much leaving the house unlocked. The dirty litter from the cat toilet was in the trash bin in the kitchen, rather than in the trash bin outside the house which is 3 meters away from our front door. It took her 5 days to return the key to us despite living a few min away.

Really greatful to Molly-Rose and her care of our cat Colin. Colin warmed up to her super fast and was well taken care of.

Molly-Rose housesat for us for a month and looked after our cat. She was brilliant, super helpful and communicated with us regularly. Highly recommend!

Molly-Rose is communicative and reliable. She checked in often and sent photos of my cat while I was away. I came back to a happy and well-cared for kitty. :)

Molly-Rose is fantastic! She’s helped me out a few times when I was called into the office at short notice and needed someone to watch Monty. He took to her immediately and I knew he was in very good hands. Molly-Rose kept me updated throughout the day, sent loads of pictures and I came home to a very happy pup (I don’t think he wanted her to leave)! Would absolutely recommend her and will use her in the future!
