I’m a fresh high school grad who’s saving for college! I’m taking a gap year to try new things and make some money! My schedule is fairly open and I am very flexible!

I personally do not have my own house. Thus I can not take care of pets in my own home. Even though I would I can’t.
Information Molly M. would like to know about your pet
Before watching any pet, I always like to learn as much as I can to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. It’s really helpful to know their daily routine — like feeding times, walk schedules, and favorite activities — so I can keep things consistent and stress-free for them. I also like to ask about any medical needs, allergies, or medications they might have, as well as any behavioral quirks (like if they’re shy around strangers, scared of storms, or not comfortable with other animals). Understanding their personality — whether they’re playful and energetic or calm and cuddly — helps me tailor their care to what they enjoy most. Knowing the little details, like where they like to sleep or if they have a favorite toy or comfort item, makes a big difference. My goal is always to make your pet feel at ease and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.
A typical day
I always try to match each pet’s personality and energy level with fun, safe activities they’ll enjoy! For dogs, that might include walks around the neighborhood, playing fetch in the yard, or tug-of-war with their favorite toy. If they’re more relaxed or older, I’ll spend quiet time with them—brushing their fur, giving belly rubs, or just being a calm presence by their side. I’ve also cared for pets who love interactive games like hide-and-seek with treats, basic training refreshers, or just lounging in the sun together. Since I’ve worked with so many types of animals, I always take the time to get to know what they like and build a routine that keeps them happy, engaged, and comfortable while their family is away. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or a mix of both, I make sure they’re feeling loved and cared for the entire time.
