WFH Dog Mom, Sitter & Foster
Hi, I'm Molly! I live in Brooklyn with my husband and Maybe, our 1 year-old rescue who we are completely obsessed with. As a fellow dog owner, I know how much it matters to feel like your pup is in good hands. Before adopting Maybe, I fostered dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. During this time, I cared for seniors, anxious dogs, dogs on medication, and dogs recovering from surgery. I'm very used to the process of helping dogs feel at home in a new environment! My dog is very dog-friendly and loves having a playmate around. That said, I only take one additional dog at a time, so your dog will get plenty of individual care and will not be in a situation where they are being boarded with tons of dogs. If your dog needs a home away from home, I'd love to meet them!

Ratings and reviews
Molly was wonderful! She clearly loves dogs and takes the job very seriously. She asks a lot of questions and cares about ensuring your dog is comfortable. I was impressed how quickly my anxious dog warmed up to her.
Molly did a great job with our Paisley! Paisley is a timid lady and can be a little anxious, but Molly took amazing care of her and stayed in great communication the entire time. She made Paisley feel right at home, and sent daily pics of Paisley snuggling on the couch and exploring the neighborhood. Would highly recommend!
Molly is the best!! I've been using her for years for walks, daycare, and boarding, and my dog Birdie absolutely adores her. She's stayed with Molly for up to a month at a time and I never worry because the photo updates are constant and she always looks so happy. Molly really goes out of her way, like teaching Birdie new tricks or taking her on longer walks just because. She's even taken her to the vet for me when I was stuck at work, and she manages Birdie's thyroid medication no problem. Honestly just the most caring, reliable person. So lucky to have found her!
We came to Molly a little differently than most. Betty, our dog, was originally one of Molly's foster dogs. Betty is a tripod, and she had her amputation surgery just before Molly took her on, so Molly's first experience with her was during recovery. She carried Betty up the stairs, kept her occupied and stimulated while she was healing, and was patient with all of it. We've continued using her for sitting ever since. Betty loves spending time with Molly's dog Maybe, who is a wonderful playmate for her. There's something reassuring about knowing she's not just well looked after but genuinely having a good time. She knows Betty's history, understands her quirks, and is generous with photo updates, which matters a lot to us. For a dog with particular needs, it makes a real difference having someone with her level of experience.

Schedule
Since I have my own dog, dog care is already a huge part of my daily routine. My dog goes on a minimum of 4 walks: first thing in the AM (7-8 AM), around lunch, after work, and one final potty break (~11 PM). I always make sure at least one of those includes plenty of exercise, whether it's a longer walk or a trip to the dog park.

I live in a cozy studio apartment, so your dog will always be in view. My building is full of dog lovers and we live in a peaceful, dog-friendly area, near several dog parks and one very large park for fun walks.

A typical day
A typical day depends on the needs/energy of your dog! I'm happy to accommodate, whether its long sniffy walks, runs, food puzzles, or just lounging on the couch. Just let me know what would make your dog happiest :)
