**🐾 Health & Vaccination Policy** For the safety of all dogs in our home, we require: • Rabies (up to date) • DHPP (Distemper/Parvo combination) • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) • Current flea & tick prevention We may also request the Canine Influenza vaccination during peak seasons. Dogs must be: • Free from vomiting or diarrhea for at least 48 hours prior to boarding • Free from coughing, nasal discharge, or any contagious illness • On regular parasite prevention Our home is a cage-free, supervised environment. We carefully monitor all dogs for behavior, appetite, and overall health throughout their stay to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every guest. **🐶 New Client Requirement** To help ensure a safe and successful stay, **all first-time clients are required to schedule a meet & greet before booking.** This gives us an opportunity to meet your dog, answer any questions, observe how they interact in our environment, and make sure we're a great fit for one another. Currently, we share our home with two friendly dogs: * **Mr. Slinky**, our Miniature Dachshund (born 2020) * **Enzo**, our Havanese–Poodle mix (born 2021, adopted in 2024) Both are well-socialized and accustomed to sharing their home with visiting dogs. We also appreciate knowing important details about your dog ahead of time, including: * Whether they enjoy being around other dogs * How they do with children * Any food or toy guarding * Separation anxiety * Medical conditions or medications * Any special care needs or behavioral quirks The more we know about your dog, the better we can provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Mo was beyond fantastic! She sent us pictures multiple times a day. Our dog always looked like he was having a great time. When one of his eyes swelled up she quickly contacted us and our vet, took our dog in and got treatment for allergy related conjunctivis. Mo is the best!
Mo and her family took great care of meelo for a week while we were out of town. We got daily updates and pictures from Mo throughout the day. Meelo had a lot of fun with Mo and her 2 pups. Her family is amazing with Meelo, highly recommend!
First stay with Mo...it was wonderful! Everything went well; great communication! Our Rover sitters we used for 4+ years, moved away, and we were so sad to lose them! We are more than thrilled to have found Mo! Thank you!

Schedule
Pet care is fully built into our daily routine. We always have someone home, which allows us to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety, trust, and comfort are our top priorities. Our home is set up specifically to be dog-friendly, with a large, fully fenced backyard that includes digging protection for added security. We closely supervise outdoor time and ensure pets are always in a safe environment. Inside our home, dogs are treated like family and are never kenneled during the day. We have pet-friendly furniture, constant access to fresh water, and a calm, clean living space. For added security, we have front, back, and sidewalk cameras, while the indoor main-floor camera is covered to respect privacy. We follow each pet’s care instructions carefully, including feeding routines, medications, potty schedules, and activity preferences. Clear communication is important to us, and we provide regular updates with photos and videos so you can feel confident and connected while your pet is in our care.

A typical day
A typical day starts with morning potty breaks and breakfast, followed by outdoor time in our fenced backyard. Dogs have plenty of space to explore, play, and relax, with constant supervision. Throughout the day, they enjoy free movement between indoor and outdoor areas, frequent potty breaks, fresh water access, and lots of attention from our family.
