I work remotely and am home from 9-5 daily. I love to get out of my house daily for walks and I would be more than happy to have a companion with me for both snuggles during work and trots through the park.

Just their basic daily habits, or if there's anything special they love or don't love. I love to know their general schedule so they can feel super comfy in the transition from your house to mine (ie: sleeping schedule, meal times, medication times if necessary)
A typical day
Your pup would get to enjoy rest/pets during my working hours, with breaks to get outside on walks/to play, and then after work I like to get out for longer walks myself in the park that they would be super welcome to join :)

(they/them) I've worked at various animal shelters through my adolescence and adulthood, as well as cared for my own and friends' dogs and cats since I was 8. I have a huge love for them and have had 20 years of experience caring for, feeding, bathing, training and loving animals :-)

We had a great experience working with MJ! They offered to host a meet-and-greet prior to our trip, responded to messages within the Rover app almost instantly, and communicated frequently with us throughout our dog's stay...even sending a couple of videos! They have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with animals, were able to accommodate special needs (medication administration, an anxious pet, etc), and left us with a sense that our dog was in loving hands. Will definitely work with MJ again in the future!
MJ took care of my elder dog Walter so well while I was on vacation for 2 weeks. They were very communicative and sent lots of updates and asked questions when anything came up. Their place is very safe for pets and in a really cute neighborhood for dog walks. I felt confident through updates and pics that my dog was in good hands. I would definitely recommend MJ for all your dog care needs!
MJ is a great dog sitter. Super communicative and was able to meet with them ahead of time and take a tour of their space. Experienced, warm and friendly, my dog had a great time and will book with MJ again, happily.
